Speaking
I’m an experienced speaker and facilitator for groups of all sizes, from intimate clinical teams to large organizational audiences. I work with organizations seeking thoughtful, humane, and justice-informed approaches to mental health, identity, and care.
My speaking and training work spans mental health and diagnosis, neurodivergence, LGBTQ-affirming practice, and the lasting impact of trauma and abuse. I’m especially attuned to how power, identity, and systems shape both clinical work and workplace culture—and how easily harm can be reproduced when those dynamics go unexamined.
I also offer talks focused on the realities of working in high-acuity fields: clinician burnout, ethical self-care, navigating complexity with clients, and sustaining long-term practice without erasure or collapse. In addition, I speak to the lived and clinical dimensions of parenting neurodivergent children, with care for both systemic barriers and family-level realities.
My approach is relational, grounded, and deeply reflective. I aim to meet audiences where they are—while still inviting meaningful disruption, curiosity, and growth. Talks can be adapted for keynote settings, professional development days, clinical trainings, retreats, or ongoing consultation.
