Consultations

I offer consultation for individuals, clinicians, and leaders navigating complexity—whether clinical, professional, or organizational. Consultation is offered for focused, in-depth work and is not intended for quick questions or one-off decision-making.

Consultation is available as a single session or as a short series. I typically recommend meeting three times, though one-time consultations are welcome.

  • Clinical work can feel stuck—not because something is wrong, but because the work is alive and relational.

    We may explore:

    • Clinical impasses or recurring dynamics

    • Enactments and countertransference

    • Burnout, over-identification, or withdrawal

    • Ways to move the work forward without forcing resolution

This space is thoughtful, non-punitive, and grounded in curiosity rather than performance.

  • This consultation supports clinicians seeking clarity around voice, direction, and visibility.

    Together we may work on:

    • Naming mission and values

    • Clarifying audience and boundaries

    • Identifying aligned platforms

    • Reducing fear around being seen or published

A written follow-up outlining commitments and strategy is provided.

  • Drawing on over a decade of practice leadership, teaching, and systems work, I support leaders and advocates navigating institutional strain.

    This work may include:

    • Leadership support during conflict or rupture

    • Development of neuroaffirming, queer-affirming, and trans-affirming policies

    • Building trust where it has been damaged

The focus is grounded, strategic, and relational.

  • I offer one-to-one guidance for parents and families navigating neurodivergence, queerness, and caregiving in systems not built for them.

This work centers understanding, attunement, and support—not fixing or optimizing.

    We may explore:

    • Making sense of neurodivergence without pathologizing

    • Supporting regulation while honoring autonomy

    • Navigating schools and care systems

    • Parenting amid grief, fear, or uncertainty

    We begin where you are.
